SPEAK EASY @ THE REDWOOD ROOM (EVERY 2ND FRIDAY OF THE MONTH)

SPEAK EASY: was the brain child of SHNEAKY and Pumpgatto (SELA Hip Hop) and started October 13, 2017.

THE GOAL: was to create a platform for artists from the local Southern California area to be able to perform in a space with a decent sound system, where their friends, family, and fans could see them for free as long as they were over 21. 

THE VISION: is consistency, hoping to shine light on local talent, change the perception the South East LA (SELA) neighborhoods, and cultivate a space where more seasoned artists seek out to perform.

THE SUPPORT: of the Redwood Room, a local SELA dive bar, has been critical in the establishment of this platform. We look to support this space by encouraging our crowd to purchase beverages from the bar, in turn, the space can continue to improve and support our local scene.
